Reef Partners is a private equity and consulting firm that combines a passion for business with the desire to keep it enjoyable.

The company was founded in 2002 by lifelong friends John Molloy and Guy Kathe after successful executive careers in structured finance and commercial real estate (respectively). Reef Partners specialize in:
